Planning Continues for New Primary Campus
Planning is continuing for the new primary school campus that was approved in the November, 2016 bond election. Recently, Brock ISD teachers and staff met with WRA Architects to colloborate on the design and functionality of the school and how to best create a 21st century learning environment. All stakeholders were involved in the planning process and great ideas were shared. Lady Eagles Advance to Regional Tournament
The Lady Eagles defeated the Jim Ned Lady Indians in the Regional Quarterfinal round of playoffs advancing to the Regional Tournament. Brock will be playing the Canadian Lady Cats, Friday, February 24th, in Midland at 7:30 PM.

4200 Chaperral Center
The winner of this game will play on Saturday, February 25th, at 1:00 PM against the winner of the Wall vs. Bowie Game. Tickets Saturday will be $5.00.
No signs, artificail noise makers and "Painting Up" will be allowed for ANY games at Chaparral Center.
Brock Eagles Win Bi-District
The Brock Eagles defeated Witchita Falls City View to advance to the Area round of playoffs. Thursday, February 23rd, the Eagles will play Colorado City in Clyde at 7:00 PM.

Brock Fine Arts Festival
Mark your calendars for Sunday, February 26, 2017! Brock ISD will host its first ever fine arts festival. Students from all grade levels in the district will be showcasing their talents at BHS. Doors open at 1:30 and the performances begin at 2:00. A more detailed line-up to follow.
Brock Solo & Ensemble Sending Students to State
Brock Band students competed at the UIL Solo and Ensemble Regional competition on Saturday, February 18th. All the competing students received a First Divison. Attending students were Brennan Freeze, Hollie Green, Emily Metzler, Declan Smith, Sarah Bussell, Katie Jackson, Josie Thompson, Elizabeth Garcia, Peyton Wakefield and Robbie Doshier.

Our Brock Elementary UIL Academic Team finished in first place overall at the district meet in Eastland on Tuesday, December 6th. Second through 5th grade students competed in 28 academic events to collectively take the win with 448 total points, more than 120 points above the closest competitor. Check out the link below for individual and team results. We are so proud or all the hard work and extra hours all of these students and coaches put in to bring home the win for our school! In addition to our Elementary UIL success, our Brock Junior High UIL Academic Team also finished in First place overall at the district meet in Tolar on Friday, December 9th. The fifth graders competed earlier in the week with the Elementary Team in Eastland and were part of their First place showing. Great job to all of our 5th - 8th graders who worked so hard before and after school to get prepared, the coaches who put in extra time to have them ready to go, and to Mrs. Slovensky for organizing us all. Way to go Eagles!! Brock ISD is proud of your accomplishment!

Brock ISD 2015-2016 3A Lone Star Cup Champions
The Brock ISD won it's second consecutive Lone Star Cup for Athletic and Academic excellence for the 2015-2016 school year. Outstanding seasons for Brock Football, winning its first football state title; Boys Golf winning state for the second consecutive year; and Tennis winning the state individual points, helped put Brock ISD in the lead statewide. Also contributing were strong performances in Girls Basketball, state runner-up; Girls Softball, state semi-finalist; and regional finalist in Boys Baseball. These efforts catapulted Brock to its fourth Lone Star Cup title. The Brock ISD wishes to congratulate the students, coaches, teachers, parents, and community for their support of the district and this impressive accomplishment!
