Brock Eagles Baseball Playoffs
The Brock Eagle baseball team will play Melissa in the Regional Quarterfinals in a one game playoff, Friday, May 18th, at 8:00 p.m. at Weatherford College. Brock is the home team and will be on the 1st base side.
Brock Tennis Places 2nd in the TTCA State Team Tennis Tournament
The Brock Eagle tennis team played in the Texas Tennis Coaches Association Team Tennis State Tournament on Friday, April 6th, taking 2nd place overall. The 2nd seeded Eagles played Wall in the semifinals winning a tightly contested match that saw the scored tied at 9 all going into the 19th and deciding match. Senior Shelby Lang won the deciding match in split sets giving Brock the win at 10-9. The Eagles then played Mason in the finals losing 11-8 to claim 2nd place overall. The win gave Mason their 10th consecutive 2A and under Team Tennis State Championship.
Brock Tennis Sends 10 Players to Regionals
The Brock Tennis team won its 7th consecutive District Championship in the individual tennis tournament last week. Brock scored 20 total team points while Godley, Millsap, and Peaster scored 5 each. Brock will send 10 players to the Region II tournament at Tarleton April 16th-19th. See the Brock High School webpage, Highlights section, for more detailed information.
Brock Lady Eagles - STATE CHAMPS!
The Brock Lady Eagles defeated Poth 52-49 to claim their Conference 2A record setting, 4th consecutive UIL Girls Basketball State Chamionship. The 2A title is the Brock Girl's 7th State Championship since 2002.
Brock Eagles are the State Runner Up
The Region II Champions Brock Eagle boys basketball team defeated San Antonio Cole in the State semi finals before falling to White Oak in the State finals to claim state runner up in Division 2A boys basketball.
